recently became a new patient at this practice. Making an appointment was easy, they helped me with insurance questions, and the staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. This was my first dental visit in a long time, so the friendliness and gentle approach was a relief because I was very nervous. I ended up needing my first root canal ever, and was expecting it to be painful. I had more painful cleanings than the root canal, I didn’t feel a thing. I would recommend Whitman Dental and Dr. Haider to everyone.

The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Solanski does great work. He extracted 2 of my wisdom teeth, as well as fixed a cracked tooth, by putting a crown on it. I love the neighborhood feel of the office and care I received. The price is very very reasonable as well I’m comparison to other dentists in the area. Highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Solanki is awesome. I started going here in August and he makes the dental experience so much better. I hate the dentist but he is very attentive and caring and makes you feel comfortable. Wow I cannot even express how thankful I am to have experienced dental treatment at Whitman dental . My experiences here reminded me of my childhood dentist that talked me through everything while making me extremely comfortable. Outstanding dental office! Beginning with Dr. Solanki and his phenomenal team of professionals. Dr. Solanki has made my experience with a new dentist very easy. The entire staff makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Starting with the girls at the front desk. Lauren the office manager is top notch, she is knowledgeable, very personable and ensures that you understand every step of your treatment plan. She will work miracles and do anything to help. Whitman dental center have the best dentist and work in the city. There work is amazing they fixed my front tooth 3 times and made it better and better every time. They also don’t hurt you when they try to fix your teeth. Another thing good about them is that you don’t have to wait long you just come in and they get the job done. This is the best dental clinic in the Philadelphia city so far!! My experience with Whitman Dental begins with the warm and caring greeting when you walk into the office with the Receptionist Valerie. My experience with my dental implants was awesome beginning with Dr. Solanki and Dr. Shah from day one I was treated like family. I had to have procedures done on Sunday’s and both Dr’s gave up the SUNDAY with their family to take care of me. I can never repay them for their unconditional care and treatment. Dr. Solanki is great and he gives his patients 110% of himself. I highly recommend Whitman Dental Center.

Dr. Solanki inherited this location from retired and beloved, Dr. Haider. I only go to dentists if I like them as people personally. Dental work is nerve wrecking, expensive, and can be painful. Dr. Solanki is like a dental whisperer. Lol. He has all the gadgets to entertain you and make you forget you hate the dental office. The staff is pretty and professional and kind. They have a great sense of humor and remember all the things that make you laugh and smile. X-rays are not as painful. The doctor goes above and beyond. He really cares about his work and his patients. He does not rush nor does he ignore you.

Valerie, Fatima, and Dr. Solanki are the best!!! I broke one of my front teeth badly and had to get a bridge. Anyone who knows me, knows my smile is everything to me. I went to Whitman Dental Centre on reference of my relative to get my teeth checked for bleeding. Dr. Mahesh advised me for cleaning the scales on my teeth. Before I went to him, I was not even able to do brush in the morning. When I do brush, blood will come out from Gums. He did clean my teeth and now I can eat anything. He did excellent work on my teeth and I will say he saved my teeth. He has the best knowledge and experience required as a dentist. I highly recommend to go to his clinic for any of your dental services. He and his staff work with patients like family care.

Entire staff is so courteous. I had three rotten wisdom teeth and one of them had layer of skin on it making job very difficult. Never had any dental treatment before so was really scared. I will say doctor is expert in tooth extraction as he took hardly 11 minutes for all 3. Maybe it will be hard to believe but I had ZERO pain after extraction and I took medications twice only.

Dr. Solanki and his team endeavor to give you excellent dental care while making your visit as pleasant as possible.
I first met Dr. Solanki for a scheduled routine teeth-cleaning, and found a gentle, articulate, and personable man. Dr. Solanki used the new ultrasonic cleaning method. However, if you prefer old-school, he is glad to clean some or all of your teeth with hand scalers. While I was there, I asked Dr. Solanki if he could fix up the composite bonding on my two front teeth (I had some small chips in them, and fortunately, my insurance covered the repairs.) He did an excellent job. He fixed the chips and reshaped the bonding, and now my front teeth look better than they have in years (better than after the original bonding). Additionally, at all times, Dr. Solanki wants you to be happy with his work. If you go home and then feel you want some touch-ups, he will invite you back to the office to make those changes.
Valerie stations the front desk. She calls to remind you of your upcoming appointment. (Oh no! I forgot to put that on my calendar, and who really ever wants to go to the dentist anyway?) She is firm yet pleasant on the phone, and when you finally meet her, you will find a very kind, thoughtful, and low-keyed individual.
Judy is Dr. Solanki’s assistant. She is always there to help when need be. Also, she will make sure you are comfortable throughout your visit, and she will bring a smile to your face with her sense of humor and good nature.
Bottom line, Whitman Dental Center takes care of your teeth, and they take care of you.
